I have a knee pain? Can anyone help diagnose it? - how to diagnose knee pain
My knee feels stiff and painful, especially just below the kneecap, but above the shin. I spend most of the way, but lot of the hurts a thigh muscle strain. I judge it completely painless.
It's just stiffness and pain. I play football as a goalkeeper to do a lot of kicks, but I think I can only run becuse the pain. Has anyone any idea what kind of injury that I have?

Did you fall on your knees? Perhaps you have a torn meniscus. Is the "block" where sometimes? You should see a orthopedic doctor and some x-rays done, or perhaps even an MRI. Have you tried rest, ice and anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen?
